Prayer (Part-4)
'He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him.' Psalm 91:15
Today’s Devotion
Bill Gates was hooked up to the computer network we call the Internet. Using it, subscribers can send electronic mail (e-mail) to other users of the Internet. Originally, Gates had an Internet address just like everyone. But he got into trouble when The New Yorker magazine published his Internet address. Now anyone could send the computer genius a letter. In no time he was swamped with five thousand messages-he simply couldn't handle it. So he armed his computer with software that filtered his e-mail, allowing important messages through and sending all the others to electronic oblivion. We are limited; we can handle only so much and do only so much.
God, on the other hand, never tires of s-mail (spirit mail). His ear is always open to our prayers. And He has an unlimited capacity to help. You'll never hear Him say, 'Due to an unusually high call volume I am unable to take your message at this time. Please call back or leave a message.' No, the Bible says, 'He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.' '...the desire of the righteous will be granted' (Proverbs 10:24 NKJV). '...the prayer of the upright is His delight' (Proverbs 15:8 NKJV). 'Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know' (Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV). 'If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you' (John 15:7 NKJV).
Today’s Prayer
Heavenly Father thank you for you are there always to answer our prayer even in our difficult situations you will give me wisdom to solve this problem. Lord I ask you wisdom to handle every situation in my life which I created and others created too which pin point to me. Lord empower me to withstand every difficult moment as you have said in your word that Call unto me and you will answer things which we did not yet experience in our life and I believe you Lord that you have the answer to all life’s problems and I ask you Lord to direct my footsteps and to trust you in all things for your glory. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Lord I admit I am a sinner I repent of all my sins and I receive you into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior Amen. If you mean that prayer above from the bottom of your heart you are now saved. It is the God’s Word promise in John 3:16 that if you trust His Son Jesus you will have Eternal Life. Welcome to the family of God. In order to grow your faith in God please do this consistently starting today;1. Pray always 2. Read your Bible Daily 3. Attend Church Services Regularly 4. Attend Prayer Meeting and Bible Study and serve God first place with your talent and money 5. Witness Jesus to others that they maybe saved too.
